The Lowertown Future Fund is a donor-advised fund of the Saint Paul Foundation, established in 2007, dedicated to the continued growth and development of "Lowertown", Saint Paul's historic urban village, while enhancing and enriching the artistic, cultural, and social life of this new national model for neighborhood revitalization.
